Small packages ship by E-packet. If Order over 300$ Parcel will be free shipping by express line such as EMS/DHL/Fedex.

Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information. As stated, NicoLouise is not responsible for these fees and they are not included in the shipping charge. The customer is responsible for any additional charges for customs fees.
If the parcel lost on the way. We will be responsible for sending you a new package for free.

As soon as we have received your order we will send you an order confirmation by email including your order number.
Once your order is packed up and ready to go we will send you a second email with a tracking number to let you follow your package as it makes its way to you.
You can then input your tracking number on the tracking page https://www.17track.net/en to tracking your order.
We ship orders Monday-Saturday 9 AM-6 PM (GMT+8) with exception of China National Holidays.
Kindly note that all orders are subject to payment clearance and stock availability.
